The "B" Band
Should a venue need a smaller, more intimate sound, Compost can break down into many smaller configurations. These B-band versions of Compost, could be as little as trumpet/keys, bass, and guitar. In these settings, we tend to focus on jazz-influenced arrangements of artists like Paul Simon and Sting, as well as, New Orleans-style covers of big band era standards (i.e. Scotch and Soda, Tangerine, In the Wee Small Hours, etc.). I've listed a generally complete list of tunes we like to do below.
